how quickly can i get my abrasives?
We stock hundreds of tons of abrasives. We can normally ship your abrasive same day or next day. If you would like to pick it up on a Sunday morning, no problem, just let us know. We are as flexible as possible with shipping, after hours pick up, etc.
Does Industrimax offer oem parts or only aftermarket replacements?
We primarily sell aftermarket replacement parts. many of these aftermarket parts are made by the same manufacturers that make the OEM parts for the equipment manufacturers. These parts offer a comparable performance (in some cases they will outlast the OEM parts) at a considerable discount. However, we do offer OEM parts for many equipment manufacturers. We are happy to consult with you to determine which option is right for you.
what are industrimax’s payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are net 30 days upon credit approval. However, we will work with our customers to find the best terms for everyone involved. We also accept cash, all major credit cards, and ach transfers.
my machine is down. how long will it take to get my part?
We stock a massive inventory of replacement parts. If we have it in stock we can normally get it out same day. If we do not have it in stock, we can frequently get it drop-shipped from the manufacturer within 1 day.
